Position summary:
Our local Design office continues to grow, and we are looking for a new colleague to support us in our efforts, by finding appropriate candidates for positions that require a specific skillset, handling the entire recruitment process from start to finish; for this we need a person with experience in technical recruitment within the Brasov area.
We wish to hire someone who understands the key role that talent acquisition plays in helping a company achieve its strategic vision; therefore, you will focus on long-term human resources planning, being an interface between employees and management, organizing periodical employee development interviews; for this we need a person with good communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
• University degree (graduate of either Human Resources related studies and/or Mechanical Engineering studies)
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in recruiting technical profiles (Engineering/ Design studies field)
• It is important that you have affinity for technical notions and willingness to develop your technical knowledge here
• Able to organize and efficiently manage own activity
• Good knowledge of the local market (technically profiled employers) and passionate about research
• Good communication and negotiation skills, analytical and with a proactive mindset
• Open to make presentations to the University
• Flexibility, openness to learn and grow
• Good English level is necessary, French is a plus
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet browsing, Email).
