The position will be based in Brasov and report to General Manager (also based in Brasov).
This autonomous role will be responsible for maximizing the performance of the commercial center. The right candidate will be driven to maximize the performance of its property portfolio by providing solutions that connect business development and facilities management.

The Business Development function implies that you acquire an in-depth understanding of the market to identify and secure key clients/tenants. A positive approach and personality are a must, also the ability to build relationships and confidence with customers and suppliers.

The Facility Management function implies being the primary contact for technical and maintenance advice across the center β services to ensure all technical, risk and statutory requirements are satisfied and within budget. Management of building contracts/service providers.
Facilities Management experience in the retail property industry is a great advantage β the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy in managing the delivery of concurrent Facilities Management projects.
