Team Leader Logistics

Location: Prejmer Graells & Llonch Industrial Park,Brasov

Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)

The Team Leader Logistics is responsible to organize, manage and follow up all warehouse activities.

Detailed Task List:
• Organize, coordinate and plan the exports to ensure on time delivery, spending at least 80% of the time in the shop floor.
• Follow up on daily base in- and outgoing goods from the warehouse.

• Follow up if receptions are done on time
- Delivery notes from suppliers
- Correct key in in our ERP system.

Prepare documents
- To send parts to sub-contractors.
- For truck drivers for export.
- Planning the needed trucks (import and export)
- Stay in close contact with the Head of production to ensure on time delivery to our customers.
- Assist when stock counts are taking place (hands on).
- Keep track of efficiency and propose solutions.

• Give training to your team to perform on a higher level
• Make instructions / manual to get a higher efficiency
• Rearrange or improve the warehouse to suit our logistical needs
• Incoming goods: from suppliers & from customers
• Outgoing goods: to subcontractors & customers
• Assist the plant manager in evaluation and recruitment of employees.

• Be able to imagine 3D size, based on production drawing in order to plan export trucks
• Be able to keep a helicopter view over your departments activities
• Multitasking & hands on attitude.
• Good communication skills
• English spoken and writing is mandatory
