Warehouse Shift Leader (ISCIR authorized)

Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)

Job type: full time, 2 shifts (Mon-Fri 6:30-14:30, 14:30-22:30)

Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: Warehouse Coordinator

Position summary:

Minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating a team of at least 5 people
ISCIR authorization for working with a forklift (mandatory requirement)
PC operating knowledge (Word, Excel) ERP system and technical drawing (basic)
Good coordination, organization and prioritization skills
Availability to work in 2 shifts.

Responsibilities:
– Organizes the workplaces on his shift, establishes priorities for execution
– Checks the productions to be prepared in the system and communicates the necessary consumables
– Checks and ensures compliance with the 5S system
– Makes proposals for optimizing his activity and that of the team (the subordinate team consists of 10 Warehouse Technicians: reception/ deliveries/ picking.
– Keeps stock records and reports on their status
– Takes over the materials arriving at the factory, checks them, stores and distributes them
– Organizes the delivery, reception, records and registration of externally processed parts
– Takes inventory of materials.
