Customer Quality & Management System Engineer
Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)
Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: QESH Manager

Position summary:
I.
Quality Management System Engineer (40% of the time allocated to this function)
β Coordinate plant quality system certifications/ surveillance audits
β Coordinate plant marine classifications certifications/ surveillance audits
β Internal audits planning and follow-up
β Document control activities
β Support in customer audits.
II.
Customer Quality Engineer (60% of the time allocated to this function)
β Customer claims management
β Problem solving process
β Improvement projects (that prevent customer claims).
Requirements:
β Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
β At least 3 years of working experience in mechanical industry area
β Familiar with Quality Management System and Quality Control tools, such as: PPAP, control plan, PFMEA, MSA, 8D report
β Strong communication and coordination skills
β Good English level (medium/ advanced)
β Strong knowledge of Microsoft office.
Travel requirements:
β Travel to be expected (visits at customers' sites).
