The Ideal Candidate has:
- Secondary or higher education – technical profile
- Work experience in production/metal processing
- Good knowledge of technical drawing and dimensional control methods
- Knowledge of welding
- Knowledge of product quality
- Good communication and relationship skills.
Job Description
- Verifying compliance with quality requirements according to control documentation
- Systematic tracking of production flow, completing reports, monitoring non-conformities
- Tracking special processes within the technological process
- Analysis of non-conforming or suspicious products, to identify causes and necessary actions
- Isolation of non-conforming parts from the supplier, documentation of non-conformities found in order to evaluate the actions necessary to resolve them
- Tracking of non-conformities identified for closure and documenting them
- Recording, isolating and centralizing scrap
- Verifying specific control devices
- Collecting records, archiving and scanning documents.
