2 Production Supervisors

Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)

Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)

Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: Production Manager

Requirements:

– 3 years of experience in an industrial working environment, similar position is a plus
– Educated within management
– Educated within LEAN manufacturing, minimum 5S
– Ability to read/write/speak English at medium level, advanced level is a plus
– Familiar with ERP systems and technical documentations
– Leadership abilities
– High degree of flexibility required
– Strong written and verbal communications skills
– Sense of responsibility
– Good organization abilities
– Very good motivation required
– Ability to meet project deadlines and multitask.

Position summary:

– Responsible for the overall planning of production in area of responsibility, in cooperation with the planning department
– Reduce lead time in area of responsibility/reduce delivery time
– Ensure correct use of ERP-system in area of responsibility
– Responsible for completing planned production
– Comply with planned delivery times
– Responsible for the biannual inventory in area of responsibility
– Responsible for 5S
– Conduct annual EDI (Employee Development Interview)
– Establish necessary training plans with each employee (according to competence matrix)
– Ensure that all employees are aware of requirements and targets
– Ensure an increasing level of competence in the area of responsibility
– Ensure that quality management system is followed
– Ensure that the control instructions and the necessary measuring tools are present and functional
– Ensure that all the operators are fulfilling the daily and weekly maintenance
– Implement preventative maintenance where appropriate and economically advantageous.
