Quality Management System Engineer
Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)

Position summary:

Coordinate plant quality system certifications/ surveillance audits

Coordinate plant marine classifications certifications/ surveillance audits

Support in customer audits.
Essential functions:
- Prepare and follow-up the quality and marine classification audits. Implementation of corrective actions of founded nonconformities, recommendations or observations
- Plan and coordinate the all types of internal audits together the plant designated internal auditors
- Implementation of corrective actions of founded nonconformities, recommendations or observations
- Perform internal audits. Perform second party audits
- Make sure that the marine classification requirements/ standards are correct apply
- Document control activities (create, update and put into the system procedures, instructions, forms etc.) in QDA platform
- Support from system point of view for the other quality functions
- Monthly reporting to QESH Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years working experience in mechanical industry area
- Familiar with the quality management system and quality control tools, such as: PPAP, control plan, PFMEA, MSA, 8D report
- Stronger communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English (spoken, reading and writing)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office.

- The KPIs defined in scorecard
- Internal audits.
- Quality certifications audits of the plant.
