Transport Coordinator - Dispatcher

Job requirements:
- Takes over, accepts transport orders and searches, if necessary, for goods for the trucks he coordinates
- Optimal grouping of orders received from clients / areas / trucks so as to ensure client requirements (on-time delivery) and at the same time keeping the cost within the budget
- Tracks costs and seeks solutions in order to optimize all parameters
- Knows and complies with legal provisions regarding traffic on public roads, in domestic and international freight traffic
- Coordination, tracking and guidance of drivers/transport
- Schedules and optimizes routes so as to obtain a journey km/empty as small as possible
- Offers and negotiates prices and contractual conditions with current and potential beneficiaries
- Maintains permanent contact with the company's collaborators from the beginning and until the end of the transport
- Entering all operations carried out in the WINSPED system
- Preparing periodic reports on the activity and performance of the forwarding department
- Transmits the current situation of the trucks to the transport beneficiaries (at the request of the beneficiaries)
- Respecting the targets related to performance and quality of services
- Developing the order portfolio by attracting new clients
- Finding new carriers and negotiating rates.

Education and experience:
- Completed university studies preferably in the field of economics or a related field
- MS office operating knowledge
- Advanced German and/or advanced English preferred.
