External Planner
Location: Industrial park Ghimbav (Brasov), Romania
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)

Reports to: Team Leader – Operational Planning

Position summary:
Responsible with planning productions for external suppliers.
Essential functions:
Daily planning of all external activities:
- Planning external productions which are on Routings
- Planning external productions which are on p-orders
- Secure on time deliveries from external, right cost and quality
- Communicating and follow up on capacities with external suppliers (Machining,
HDG, Electro galvanizing)
- Daily contact and visits at external, going through plans, critical productions,
delays and changes
- Daily in contact with SQE in regards to QDA’s on external productions
- Daily follow up with planners coordinating production together – participate in
DAM when needed
- Daily follow up with WH in regards to shipping and receiving items for/from
external
- Participate in LEAN events optimizing the flow
- Follow up on invoices from external.
Qualifications:
- Basic technical background is required, planning experience or willingness to learn new skills
- Good English level (both in written and verbal)
- Able to communicate with several department and suppliers, on time
- Open minded and focus on improvements.
