Financial Controller
Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00 – 16:30)
Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: Finance Manager

Objective:
- To establish an internal local controlling for operations
- To avoid fraud and establish a culture against fraud
- To support the local Managing Director in business improvement.
Tasks:
- Advise the local finance organization, implement and maintain group accounting policies
- Conduct internal financial audits and internal operational controlling
- Secure a correct basis for product after calculation
- Analysis and plans for cost and scrap reduction
- Fraud avoidance
- Analysis to improve profit, prepare action plans for management to realize the improvements
- Make physical stock controls and secure invoicing of shipped orders.
Competences:
- Background from an auditor company is a plus, but not mandatory
- Analytic data abilities
- A solid understanding for work processes and optimization
- A solid practice in electronic data handling and analyses (huge files)
- Good English level (speaking and writing)
- Good communication skills, proactive, methodical and results-oriented.
