Shipping Coordinator
Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00 – 16:30)
Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

Requirements:
– Experience in the logistic department (shipping area)
– Good communication skills
– Be able to analyze data and prepare reports reflecting findings and advise on strategic direction
– Strong organizational skills
– Good English level
– Self-motivated
– Positive attitude towards cooperation with colleagues and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and organize deliveries based on MRP requirements
– Booking of transports
– Prepare necessary documents for goods export
– Negotiate rates with forwarders, prepare tariffs for customers and sales assistants
– Create Purchase orders on MRP system for each transport with freight line and mark them with the Sales Orders
– Interact, collaborate and coordinate the deliveries with Production Planners, Production Supervisors and Warehouse.
