Material Planner
Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)

Summary:
Daily planning of all direct materials:
- PO OTD
- Assist in quality improvement for materials
- Production orders can start on time
- Maintain and update AX system
- Inventory Control
Essential functions:
S – Safety (EHS)
- Represent our Safety Culture & Environmental Policy when interacting with internal and external
partners
Q – Quality
- Daily in contact with SQE in regards to QDA’s on all materials that included external productions.
- Responsible to only use approved suppliers and following group guidelines.
D- Delivery
- Secure on time deliveries from supplier with right cost and quality
- PO delivery performance at minimum 98,0%
- Daily contact with supplier going through plans, critical parts delays and changes.
- Daily follow up with production planners coordinating production together
- Daily follow up with WH in regards to shipping and receiving items for/from supplier.
- Planning in due time about delivery delays.
C – Cost
- Daily cooperate with purchase in regards to prices, delays, reviews and visits.
- Follow up slow moving and control inventory in order to improve inventory turns.
P – People
- Communicating and follow up on capacities with suppliers
- Participate in LEAN events optimizing the flow
- Assist in own planning area when holidays or leave.
Qualifications:
- Basic technical background is required, planning experience or willing to learn
- English in written and verbal
- Able to communicate with several department and suppliers, on time
- Be able to keep calm in pressed situations, going for best solutions for Vestas aircoil.

- Inventory levels.
