Production Planner
Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)

Qualifications:
- Experience in a production planning position
- Experience in an industrial working environment
- Good English level
- Experience of reading technical documentations
- Structured thinking
- High level of self-motivation
- Sense of responsibility
- Strong communications skills.
Tasks:
- Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacture of industrial products
- Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and perform mathematical calculations (with the help of ERP system) to determine manufacturing processes, tools (if needed), and human resource requirements
- Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times
- Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, welding, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers
- Ensure that all the data’s inserts into the ERP system are the correct ones
- Ensure that the daily tasks are met without delays
- Find solutions for efficiency improvement for the daily activities
- Collaborate with other departments in order to ensure a smooth flow in order to fulfill daily tasks
- Inform customers in due time about delivery delays
- Maintain and improve inventory instructions
