Sales Assistant

Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)

Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)

Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: Sales & Operations Manager

Qualifications:
•Advanced English level
•Advanced level of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
•Strong communication and cooperation skills
•Well organized and structured person
•Experience in cooperation with international customers.

Responsibilities:
•Daily sales contact to customers
•Customer forecast and order handling (new orders, order confirmation and changing)
•Out bound logistic, freight booking, shipping documents and delivery surveillance
•Customer master data and price lists
•KPIs reporting (OTD, PPM and sales statistics and CM follow up)
•Other administrative task.
