Production Supervisor
Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)
Job type: full time, 2 shifts (Mon-Fri)
Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: Production Manager
Company: Vestas aircoil Romania (then VP Industries Romania)
Requirements:
– 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
– Educated within management and Lean manufacturing
– Welding experience
– English knowledge (medium level)
– Familiar with MSO and ERP systems
– Leadership abilities
– Flexible and cooperative with good communication skills and a result-oriented mindset.
Position summary:
– Responsible for completing planned production
– Reduce lead time in area of responsibility/reduce delivery time
– Ensure correct use of ERP-system in area of responsibility
– Responsible for 5S Management
– Conduct annual EDI
– Ensure that all employees are aware of requirements and targets
– Ensure an increasing level of competence in the area of responsibility
– Implement quality management system and ensure that it is followed
– Ensure that the control instructions and the necessary measuring tools are present and functional
– Ensure that all employees in area of responsibility are trained / certified for the job.
– Ensure that maintenance of machinery, tools, etc. are completed
– Responsible for the overall planning of production in area of responsibility, in cooperation with the planning department.
