Shift Manager (ISCIR authorized)

Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)

Job type: full time, 3 shifts

Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: Production Manager

Requirements:

– Experience in coordinating a team
– ISCIR authorization for working with a forklift
– PC operating knowledge (Word, Excel) ERP system and technical drawing
– Good coordination, organization and prioritization skills
– Availability to work in 3 shifts.

Responsibilities:

– Organizes the workplaces on his shift
– Sets the priorities for execution
– Checks the productions to be prepared in the system
– Communicates the need for consumables and spare parts in advance, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the technological process
– Is responsible for the judicious use of machinery and equipment during his shift
– Checks and ensures order and cleanliness within the activity carried out by his team and at his workplace
– Makes proposals for optimizing his and his team's activity
– Keeps stock records and reports on their status
– Takes over the materials arriving at the factory, checks them, stores and distributes them
– Organizes the delivery, reception, records and registration of externally processed parts
– Inventory the materials.
