Operations Log and Flow Specialist

Main tasks:

- Provide log management and flow analytics concepts, design and implementation of solutions for SCADA and OT installations constructed and delivered for MVOW offshore wind farm projects.
- Proactively corporate with Customers and MVOW Technical Sales, IT department and Service organization to secure continuous optimal deliverables, operations and performance for delivered log management infrastructures and project installations.
- Continuously develop and maintain flow analytics and log management systems.
- Support development, installation and surveillance of SCADA and OT installation in corporation with internal MVOW service organization. Responsible for performing regular and scheduled maintenance and service of SCADA installations at onsite locations per agreements between MVOW service organization and MVOW Customers.
- Responsible for providing input and solutions to the continuous product development and improvement process for MVOW SCADA and OT solutions with focus on flow analytics and log management infrastructures, for MVOW global offshore wind industry.
- Monitor cybersecurity events and take the appropriate action to either remediate or escalate appropriately. The security monitoring specialist will follow documented procedures to ensure timely resolution or escalation of events.
- IT/OT Security and Cyber Security per regulatory requirements and compliance for MVOW global offshore wind industry.
Qualifications:
Professional competencies required
- Several years of practical experience with flow analytics and log management technologies, implementations and installations in SCADA and OT environments
- Strong technical and analytical abilities
- Practical knowledge with flow analytic and log management technologies and products
- High level of knowledge and experience with international standards for IT/OT, Control Systems and Cyber Security, such as ISA99, IEC-62443, ISO-27000/27001 and other applicable standards
- Experience with technical support to colleagues and users at broad and different levels
- Preferable knowledge and experience with monitoring and log management technologies for SCADA and ICS
- Knowledge and experience within area of creating and maintaining technical documentation for, monitoring and log management, Process control and data exchange related installations.
