Location: Industrial park Ghimbav (Brasov), Romania
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri 8:00-16:30)

Reports to: Technical Manager

Positions summary:

Member of Technical Department, primary assigned to the Project Based Cooling team.

Task and responsibility for the Project Manager:

Maintain and improve costing database for Generator Coolers
Based on customers request compile costing information from production areas and calculate cost prices for Generator Coolers
Design of Generator Coolers as primary activity but also support to other teams if needed
Project Management during design and production of generator coolers
Follow up on actual achieved cost price and suggest cost out possibilities

The function will be doing the following:

Calculation setup:

· Analyze customer requirements, take initial/ high level BoM and prepare cost estimation

· Involve Procurement, Production & Technical for: purchase prices. production cost design and cost of fixtures or other equipment

· Compile cost estimation and support to Sales responsible.

During initial production:

· Follow the production of the components

· Validate consumption of material and production hours

· Identify improvements in design and production flow.
