Quality, Environment, Safety & Health Manager
Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)
Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: General Manager

Position summary: to represent the customer quality voice within our plant, from Customers to Suppliers and from the process of product integration into the plant to the End of Life.
1. Plant performance in collaboration with local Management team
2. Management of following areas within the department: safety, environment, quality integration management system, classification process; quality assurance: in projects, in production, at suppliers and at the customer side
3. Support global QESH activities.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering (or similar)
– At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Manager position
– Knowledge in regards to the integration of Quality Management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and Quality tools, such as: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, 8D report
– Basic understanding and knowledge about LEAN tools for production
– Strong leadership, good communication and presentation skills
– Good English level (spoken, reading and writing)
– Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.
Travel requirements:
– Travel to be expected – international travel/ travel to other group sites may occur.
