Deputy Finance Manager

Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)

Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: Finance Manager

Essential functions:
– Lead responsible for all legal aspects of Accounting, taxes and financial legislation for local reporting
– Responsible for maintaining relations with third parties: beneficiaries, banks, suppliers, investors, auditors
– Cooperation with company’s management to improve strategy, revenue and expenditure budget, and find optimal financial solutions
– Responsible for preparing or supervising group reporting in draft version
– Responsible for the creation and implementation of internal Financial-Accounting procedures
– Responsible for motivating and training the Financial-Accounting team, in terms of the support it must provide to the company’s profit centers and other departments.

Qualifications:
– Education: Financial diploma (or similar)
– At least 3 years of practical working experience in Accounting in a manufacturing company, or as an Auditor of production companies
– Good English level (in writing and speaking)
– Knowledge about local tax rules
– Strong knowledge of an ERP system (any) as well as Microsoft Office.

KPIs for the position:
– Financial report that shows a true and accurate picture of the financial situation of the company
– Accurate declarations within set deadlines
– Flexibility in task management.

Travel requirements:
– A minimum of travel activity to be expected.
