Key Account Manager (metal cutting sector)

Location: Pitesti-Ploiesti-Bucharest area (Romania)

Working hours: flexible (40h/week)

Duration of contract: permanent

International company present in 19 countries, one of the main manufacturers of cutting tools in Europe that sells cutting tools of premium technological level. We are part of a multinational group with 6000 employees and an annual turnover of over 800 million Euros.

We are opening a Key Account Manager position where we need rich experience and passion for the field of metal cutting (turning, milling or technology); no sales experience is required. Knowledge of English is an advantage (an intermediate level is sufficient) and basic PC operating skills (Word, Excel, email).

A driving license (category B) is a necessary requirement for carrying out the activity because you will constantly maintain and develop a distributed sales area, for example: South-East (Pitesti, Bucharest) / Center (Sibiu, Alba).

You will provide customers with technological and product consultancy, you will maintain constant contact with them.

You will market the company's range of cutting tools (inserts, monobloc tools, special tools, complete solutions) with the aim of achieving the sales plan established together.

Requirements:

• Education: advanced (university degree would be of interest)
• Experience: 5-8 years of successful work experience in the field of metal cutting (turning, milling or technology)
• Familiarity with cutting tools, competence in tool selection and extensive technological experience
• Language skills: English (at least intermediate level)

Other:

• basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
• sales experience not required
• category B driving license
