Production Technical Engineer

Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)

Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)

Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: Technical Manager

Position summary:
– Production cost estimations
– Ensure that factory layout at all-time are up to date (current layout and future layout)
– Keep P-FEMA’s updated based on changes in process, procedure, costumer claims
– VSM analysis in production areas/flows
– Investment calculations upon specification
– Develop and maintain all necessary production basis, along with production management (1-p-lessons, instructions, manuals, procedures, flow charts)
– Manage or participate in various projects, initiated by production management
– Develop and maintain equipment capabilities documentation
– Participate in solving claims (internal as external)
– Participate in NPI and transfer projects; act as interface between technical and production departments
– In cooperation with quality department conduct or participate in process audits.

Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of experience in a similar position or as Technical Engineer/Technical Process Engineer
– 3-5 years of experience in an industrial working environment
– Experience in reading technical documentations
– High sense of responsibility and self-motivation required
– Good organizational abilities
– Strong writing and verbal English communications skills
– Ability to multitask and to meet project deadlines
– Must be able to work independently and in groups
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
