Shift Leader Production

Job type: full time (Mon-Fri 8:00-16:30)

For the established production facility in Romania (Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov) we have a new job opening as Shift Leader.
Job requirements:
- Educational background in a technical field
- English language skills (medium level)
- Computer skills (Office and ERP system)
- Experience in coordinating a team
- Availability to work in 2 shifts
- Problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize incoming execution productions, depending on deliveries/ urgencies
- Communicate all defects, abnormal function or deficiencies noticed during the operation of machinery and equipment, make decisions not to endanger the health or integrity of machinery operators
- Communicate in advance the necessary consumables and spare parts toensure the smooth running of the technological process
- Check and ensure that all operators are compliant to the 5S system
- Make proposals to optimize own activity and team’s activity.
