For this position, is a real advantage if you have:
▪ Experience in servicing industrial machinery and equipment
▪ Higher education in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Routine activities:
- taking over the assigned equipment to identify the malfunction
- identifying possible technical problems and preparing an estimate in the CRM/ERP system
- preparing the necessary spare parts
- servicing and maintaining machines in operation at the clients' premises
- installing the equipment sold by the company in working conditions
- supporting and training the specialized personnel of the company's clients
- monitoring the equipment arriving in service, ensuring that each product was recorded and processed within the appropriate time set by the company's management.
