Currently, for our Client, well-known international telecommunications company, we are looking for Storage Administrators who would be interested in working for him in Bucharest in Romania.
Job specification:
- Providing and operating IT Storage infrastructure services for various applications and customers
- Managing incidents and problems and reporting them to the Storage manager
- Providing best customer experience on service performance
- Performing trouble shooting and problem analysis
- Identifying root cause and providing customer feedback through appropriate channels
- Engaging with the vendors to resolve issues on Storage systems.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in EMC environment (VMAX, VNX, Celerra, Data Domain backup, etc.)
- Knowledge of Cisco SAN MDS Switch, Brocade SAN Switch and ITIL
- Understanding of IT-Service Management (example ISO20000)
- Knowledge of HDS VSP,USP-V AMS and HUS platforms
- Deep understanding of SOX and security regulations
- Very good English skills, both written and verbal.
