Sales Assistant
Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00 – 16:30)
Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: S&OP Manager

Qualifications:
- Advanced English level, German is a big plus
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Well organized and structured person
- Experience in cooperation with international customers.
Responsibilities:
- Daily sales contact to customers
- Customer forecast and order handling (new orders, order confirmation and changing)
- Out bound logistic, freight booking, shipping documents and delivery surveillance
- Customer master data and price lists
- KPIs reporting (OTD, PPM and sales statistics and CM follow up)
- Other administrative task.
