Quality Specialist

Location: Industrial Park Ghimbav, Brasov (Romania)

Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)

Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: QESH Manager

Position summary:

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Quality department, a person who is flexible, open to learn and collaborate.
This is a new position, that will combine two functions:

I. Customer claims management – 75%
II. Quality system certifications/ surveillance audits – 25%

Essential functions:
I.
– Run claim analysis in cross functional team; document the 8D report.
– Establish or update procedures, control instructions and inspection plans.
– Perform regularly claim analysis overview, run improvement projects to prevent customer claims.
– Run customer deviation approval request.
II.
– Prepare and follow-up Quality classification audits; implement corrective actions of founded nonconformities, recommendations or observations and make sure that requirements/ standards are correctly applied.
– Document control activities (create, update procedures, instructions, forms) in our QDA platform.

Qualifications:
– Experience in Mechanical industry area
– Familiar with the Quality management system and Quality control tools, such as: PPAP, control plan, PFMEA, MSA, 8D report
– Strong communication and coordination skills
– Good English level and good Microsoft Office knowledge.

Travel requirements:
– Travel to be expected (visits at customers' sites).
