Head of Production

Location: Prejmer Graells & Llonch Industrial Park,Brasov

Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)

Duration of contract: permanent
Reports to: General Manager

The Head of Production is responsible to organize, manage and follow up all shop floor activities and is responsible for all departments working within production.

Detailed Task List:
• Organize, coordinate and plan the production schedule to ensure on time delivery (weekly base).
• Follow up on daily base several departments to ensure on time delivery: sheet metal, welding, paint and logistics
• Daily follow up and organize progress meetings regarding the production planning
• Organize and prepare the general week planning
• Stay in close contact with the pre-production head planner and give feedback regarding production status (capacity / delivery time)
• Production reporting to the plant manager on daily base
– Issues to achieve the standard quality
– Capacity problems
– Standstill of production (machines / people)
• Keep track of efficiency and propose solutions
• Assist the plant manager in evaluation and recruitment of employees.

• Give instructions to the team leaders to ensure a close collaboration between the individual teams
